为什么紫陶茶罐能促进普洱茶转化?

笔者把这种存茶器告诉了这位朋友后,抱着试一试的想法,他开始用建水陶替换了原来的存茶器具,仅仅一个多月后,他就惊喜地告诉笔者,他的茶在建水陶存茶器具中发生了变化,一些认为已经“死掉”的普洱茶开始了向好的转变,品饮起来滋味又焕发出来了!而随着时日增多,那些茶都不同程度地开始了向好的转化。

事实上,笔者经过多年使用和对比实验发现,用建水陶存茶、醒茶,其实还有很多小诀窍,甚至使用不同配兑比例的建水陶泥料制成的存茶器具,甚至存茶器具的形状不同,都会对所贮存的普洱茶的特性转化起到不同的助益作用。越使用得久,越发现其中值得研究之处更多。
