在另一个实验中,使用茶多酚喂养小白鼠,发现可以抑制脂质的过氧化作用,同时提升一种抗氧化酶的活性,起到更明显的抗氧化效果。

人体内的自由基为什么会造成衰老呢?因为自由基非常活泼,它可以起到强氧化剂的作用,造成人体脂质过氧化,导致人体的细胞结构和功能遭到破坏,诱发老年色素增多,在人的脸上、手上出现“老年斑”。所以要预防衰老、延缓老年斑的出现,最有效的方法是将自由基清除出体内。
