1、 Famous tea picking single bud
The famous tea with single bud includes Hunan Junshan silver needle, Zhejiang green sword tea and Jiangsu Taihu green bamboo tea. Junshan silver needles were picked before and after the Qingming Festival. The thick bud heads were selected, with a general length of 25-30 mm, a width of 3-4 mm, and a bud stalk length of 2-3 mm.
The correct picking method is to use the finger to break off the bud head, you can see that the section is neat, rather than using the finger to pinch off the picking. 2、 Famous tea picking tender leaves
The famous teas for picking tender leaves are Longjing tea from Zhejiang Province, Biluochun tea from Jiangsu Province, Huangshan Maofeng Tea from Anhui Province, Yuhua tea from Nanjing, pine needles from Anhua, etc. It is mainly used to pick the newly developed tender leaves, which requires one bud with one leaf or one bud with two leaves, and the tender degree of buds and leaves should be uniform.
3、 Famous tea picking tender leaves
Anhui Lu’an Guapian is made by picking single leaves of new tea shoots.
(1) Picking: during the period from grain rain to the beginning of summer, new shoots, also known as open shoots, are selected from tea trees. New leaves are picked in order and the stems are left on the trees. If it is a tender stem, it will be picked together, and then through the follow-up climbing, the bud, stem and leaf will be separated.
(2) Climbing: fresh leaves are spread out in the shade after picking, waiting for the wet water on the leaves to dry, and then climb down the first leaf to the third leaf, the fourth leaf and the tea bud one by one on the broken tip. The first piece of tea is the best in quality; the second piece is slightly lower than the second piece; the third to fourth piece is the worst; the bud is made into silver needle.
